I have been a massage therapist for eleven years. I specialize in therapeutic swedish, deep tissue massage, and structural balancing work. There is a never ending amount to learn about the body and its healing processes, and I want to continue to add to my tools and knowledge. I love working on a variety of people with different needs and issues. Every treatment is a unique experience based on that person's specific needs that day.

For seven years I practiced full time at a medical spa and inclusive health center in El Segundo, California. I graduated from East West College of the Healing Arts here in Portland in 2000. I'm happy to be back, and I love the community of St. Johns. In Portland, there is a growing awareness and consciousness of the importance of massage therapy as both preventative and curative health care. Contributing to that awareness makes having my own business here very rewarding.
